Question 1

What is Fieldheart Goods’ mission?

Accepted Answer

Fieldheart Goods creates apparel and everyday goods that give people a visible way to stand behind veterans, law enforcement officers, and first responders. Its mission is to support their mental health and quality of life and remind them they are seen.

Question 2

Who is Fieldheart Goods for?

Accepted Answer

Fieldheart Goods is for people who want to show support for veterans, law enforcement officers, and first responders, including beyond the uniform. Its apparel can make that support visible and start a conversation.

Question 3

What merchandise is available?

Accepted Answer

Fieldheart Goods creates apparel, but current availability depends on which products are published in the catalog. A published product record is the source for that item’s details; if no product is published, none is currently listed.

Question 4

How does merchandise connect to giving?

Accepted Answer

Connecting merchandise with meaningful support is an intention for Fieldheart Goods. Any intended recipient and contribution terms are product-specific and depend on what the published product record states. Do not assume a recipient, amount, or arrangement that the record does not provide.

Question 5

Can I place an order, pay, or donate through the site?

Accepted Answer

No. The site is informational; orders, checkout, payments, and donations cannot currently be completed here. A published product record may provide merchandise details, but it does not mean a purchase or contribution can be made through the site.

Question 6

Where can I find product-specific details?

Accepted Answer

Check the public catalog and each published product record for availability, its intended recipient, and contribution terms. These details depend on the record and may differ from one product to another.
